Today I’m sharing with you an article for Northshore Magazine that I photographed last Spring featuring small roasters in my area. It’s no secret that I love coffee. Right now, I’m sipping a small lot batch of Yemini beans as I type this from a small farm upon a gorgeous hill, called Shu’uba Taiz, grown and processed by a family named Al-Gulasi. This came to me through a subscription I have with VT Artisan Coffee in Waterbury, VT.
